Question: How are items which qualify for free shipping shipped?
Answer: Free shipping items are shipped via USPS media mail and usually take between 2-7 days to be delivered to the continental US.  Hawaii and Alaska delivery times for free shipping can take up to 2 weeks.  We highly suggest Priority Mail method for orders to Hawaii and Alaska.

Answer: Manuals are shipped out via the United States Postal Service the next business day. 

Question: How long will it take to receive the service manual?

Answer: Manuals are shipped out via the United States Postal Service the next business day.  Free shipping orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail and usually take 2-10 days to be delivered.  Priority mail orders are usually delivered in 2-4 days.  There are no guarantees on delivery times as this is strictly dependent on the USPS. 

Question: How detailed is the manual?

Answer: Each manual contains precise descriptions, diagrams, and photos to do a complete dis-assembly and reassembly of the machine.

Question: Do you accept checks?
Answer: Yes, product will be shipped out after the check has been verified at your bank.

Question:  Can I mail or fax in my order?
Answer: Yes, fill out this order form and send it to us.

Question:  I ordered a manual and haven't received it yet.  Where is it?
Answer:  Please refer to the shipping notification you received in an email from us for a delivery confirmation number or tracking number for details on the status of the shipment.  If you elected to use the Free Economy Shipping method then no tracking number will be provided unless specifically requested.

Question:  Do you ship internationally?
Answer:  Yes, we ship to many countries.  Please use the checkout process to see if we ship to your country as the list constantly changes.

Question: Am I responsible for customs fees for manuals shipped internationally?
Answer: Yes, the individual ordering the manual is responsible for any applicable customs charges.
