Answer: Manuals are shipped out via the United States Postal Service the next business day. 

Question: How long will it take to receive the service manual?

Answer: Manuals are shipped out via the United States Postal Service the next business day.  Free shipping orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail and usually take 2-10 days to be delivered.  Priority mail orders are usually delivered in 2-5 days.  There are no guarantees on delivery times as this is strictly dependent on the USPS. 

Question: How detailed is the manual?

Answer: Each manual contains precise descriptions, diagrams, and photos to do a complete disassembly and reassembly of the machine.

Quesion: Do you accept checks?
Answer: Yes, product will be shipped out after the check has been verified at your bank.

Question:  Can I mail or fax in my order?
Answer: Yes, fill out this order form and send it to us.

Question:  I ordered a manual and haven't received it yet.  Where is it?
Answer:  Please refer to the shipping notification you received in an email from us for a delivery confirmation number or tracking number for details on the status of the shipment.

Question:  Do you ship internationally?
Answer:  Currently we ship the USA and Canada.

Question: Am I responsible for customs fees for manuals shipped internationally?
Answer: Yes, the individual ordering the manual is responsible for any applicable customs charges.
